Our qualified staff monitors all aspects of the die casting process to ensure sound castings. All phases of our process are documented to ensure process repeatability.

Trimming

Trimming



Trimming, the removal of excess cast material, is the most efficient way to finish castings in a competitive enviornment.

Grinding

Grinding



Grinding: The removal of material at a specific site by abrasion.

Grinding allows for the specific finishing of given areas of your casting as dictated by form and function.

Machining

Machining



Machining is the specific removal of excess material to exacting specifications that add further complexity to your casting.

Brown Die Casting has full CNC and conventional machining capabilities.

Assembly

Assembly



The assembly process is the further refinement of your castings.

Brown Die Casting can effectively finish your casting through the processes of plating, painting & assembly i.e. give you a finished part, ready to use.

Final Inspection

Final Inspection



Our final inspection is an ongoing process to ensure that all steps of manufacture are performed to your specifications.
